Your responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner ERP (m/f/d) to drive the functional development of our ERP system Odoo with a clear focus on Finance processes.

Remote working from Belgium.

  • You own the functional development of our ERP system Odoo with a focus on financial processes and the related end-to-end chains including Order-to-Cash, Purchase-to-Pay, and other relevant accounting processes.
  • You drive cross-functional collaboration with Finance, IT, and other stakeholders, aligning on goals, scope, and priorities.
  •  You own the backlog, translate business requirements into actionable work packages, define acceptance criteria, and ensure clear documentation.
  • You prioritize features, tasks, and bugs and continuously improve the issue board with a clear structure.
  • You drive roadmap topics end-to-end from conception through implementation.
  • You keep scope, timeline, and budget in check and ensure transparent communication on status, risks, and decisions.

Your profile

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Odoo.
  • Senior-level expertise in Accounting & Finance within an ERP context (e.g. closing, reporting, controls, compliance).
  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) as well as traditional approaches (e.g. waterfall, classic project management), applying both effectively depending on context.
  • Assertiveness paired with an analytical, structured, and pragmatic working style.
  • A business background or a degree in STEM / Business (or equivalent qualification).
  • Excellent written and spoken English (mandatory); French is a plus; German is an advantage.
